RICH Energy OMG Racing Yamaha is delighted to announce the re-signing of Kyle Ryde for the 2023 Bennetts British Superbike season. The Nottinghamshire rider returns for his third season with the team and his second aboard their Yamaha R1 superbike, giving invaluable continuity and confidence to both the rider and the team to challenge for the Bennetts British Superbike Championship. With a win and four further podiums already in 2022, Kyle Ryde continues to grow in stature in the series and the team is looking forward to a successful 2023 with the former 125cc and GP2 British Champion.
Speaking after signing his new deal Kyle said, “It’s definitely a weight off my shoulders to have the deal signed and done before the last six races. It’s great to continue with the same team as that was my main goal as well as the same manufacturer, and then work with all the data we’ve collected this season. I’d like to thank Paul and Alan for their belief in me to continue for another season and to my family and supporters who’ve helped me get here. We are in a really strong position going into 2023 and I’m already looking forward to the challenge.”
